• We believe that you will be 100% satisfied with your product, but occasionally you may need to return an item.
• You can cancel your order and return it to us within 30 days of the purchase date at no charge if it is in its original condition, completely unused, and suitable for resale.
• Returns after 30 days will attract a handling fee of R300.00 or 5% of the value of the returned goods – whichever is the higher value.
• These fees do not apply to warrantees, crash replacements or services which must be returned separately and not grouped together with other returns.

All of our goods sold are supported 100% by the full manufacturer’s warranty for the entire warranty period. Our warranty covers all manufacturing defects and does not cover faults arising from poor/improper use. Goods found to be faulty can only be exchanged for the same product and cannot be refunded.
